1. Introduction
"Xarify," the Xarify wordmark, the Xarify "X" logo, and any related taglines (collectively, "Xarify Marks") are owned by the business operating xarify.com. These guidelines explain how third parties may and may not use the Xarify Marks. They apply unless you have a separate written agreement with Xarify (such as a partner or sponsor agreement) that states otherwise.
2. When you may use the Xarify Marks
- Editorial / journalistic mentions. News articles, blog posts, podcasts, and reviews can refer to "Xarify" by name without permission, as long as the use is accurate and not misleading.
- Comparison and commentary. Honest comparison ("we evaluated Xarify, Agency X, and Agency Y") and commentary, including criticism, are allowed under fair use.
- Crediting Xarify as your service provider. If Xarify built your proposal site or capture engine, you may credit "Built with Xarify" or "Sponsorship proposal by Xarify" on your site footer.
- Partner usage. If you have a written partner agreement with Xarify, that agreement controls.
3. When you must NOT use the Xarify Marks
- To imply endorsement. Don't use Xarify Marks in a way that suggests Xarify built, endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your event, product, or company unless we actually are.
- In domain names, social handles, or company names. Don't register a domain like "xarify-events.com," a social handle like "@xarify_official," or a company name containing "Xarify" or a confusingly similar string.
- On merchandise. Don't put the Xarify wordmark or X logo on t-shirts, mugs, signage, or any merchandise without prior written permission.
- In paid ads. Don't bid on "Xarify" as a paid search keyword to redirect traffic to a competitor or unrelated site.
- Modified. Don't alter the spelling ("Xarrify"), capitalization ("XARIFY" in body text), color, or proportions of the X logo.
- As a verb or noun. "Xarify" is an adjective applied to our services ("a Xarify proposal site"), not a verb ("let me Xarify that for you") or a generic noun ("send me a xarify").
- On objectionable content. Don't use the Xarify Marks alongside unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content.
4. Attribution
When you reference Xarify in formal contexts (legal pages, integration docs, partner pages), include this notice in a footer or legal section: "Xarify is a trademark of the business operating xarify.com. Used with permission where applicable."
5. Logo usage
If you have permission to use the Xarify "X" logo:
- Use only the official files we provide. Do not recreate the mark from screenshots.
- Maintain the original aspect ratio. Do not stretch, skew, or rotate.
- Maintain a clear-space margin of at least the height of the X around the mark.
- Do not place the mark on a low-contrast background or apply effects (drop shadow, outline, gradient overlay) without approval.
- Display the Xarify mark less prominently than your own primary brand mark.
6. Reservation of rights
All rights in the Xarify Marks are reserved. Permission to use the Xarify Marks under these guidelines does not transfer ownership or grant a license beyond the specific use described. Xarify may revoke or modify permissions at any time at its sole discretion and may take action against unauthorized or misleading use.
7. Reporting misuse
If you see the Xarify Marks being used in a way that violates these guidelines — especially impersonation, fraudulent partner claims, or use on objectionable content — please report it through our Abuse Policy page or our contact form with the subject line "Trademark report."
8. Changes to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines as the brand grows. Continued use of the Xarify Marks constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
