Xarify is a Minneapolis–Saint Paul team building sponsor-ready digital proposal systems for events, nonprofits, creators, and touring artists who refuse to send another template. We don't make decks. We build the funnel that lives between your audience and your sponsors.

Why sponsorship proposals are broken.

Most sponsorship is still pitched the same way it was 20 years ago: a templated PDF, a price list pulled from thin air, and an email follow-up that never lands. Sponsors get hundreds of these a year. They scan the cover, decide in 11 seconds, and forget. Meanwhile the event director, nonprofit lead, or creator on the other side has poured weeks into a deck that gets ignored — and never finds out why.

The deck isn't the problem. The experience is. A sponsor making a 5- or 6-figure decision deserves a proposal that walks them through the value, not a 28-page PDF asking them to figure it out themselves.

Why Xarify exists.

Xarify exists because the people running the most interesting events and creator brands in the country don't have an in-house agency. They have a deadline, a vision, and one shot to walk into a sponsor meeting funded. Our job is to compress months of agency work into the weeks they actually have — and to make sure the sponsor experience matches the quality of the event itself.

We started in the Twin Cities, working with Minneapolis–Saint Paul events, nonprofits, and creators. We still work with them every week. The system travels well, but the roots stay local.

What we believe

Every Xarify build — the deck, the narration, the proposal-to-event website, the capture engine, the recap loop — exists to turn a sponsorship pitch into something a sponsor can actually walk through. Not a file they have to download. Not a price list they have to decode. A guided experience that respects their time and earns the meeting.

The Prosada connection.

Xarify clients have a continuation path through our sister studio, Prosada. Prosada handles activation content, recap reels, social posts, and sponsor fulfillment media — the assets that turn a signed sponsor into a multi-year partner. You don't have to use Prosada to work with us, but the handoff is built in for the events and nonprofits who want one team running the full lifecycle.

Xarify gets the sponsor in the door. Prosada keeps them coming back. Both teams sit in Minneapolis–Saint Paul.
